The Contact Center Enterprise Blog is in transition. We are in the process of updating the site to refocus on the larger contact center marketplace, with a primary focus on the enterprise and mid-market contact center. Other topics will include systems integrations,  contact center best-practices and vendor news. We aim to provide expert technical review and analysis alongside  articles that will interest the business leadership within the contact center.

If we had to write a mantra for the Contact Center Enterprise Blog, it might be something like:

“Expert contact center insight”

This blog began in June of 2009 as a live-blog and repository of information from Cisco Live in San Francisco California.
